We are lucky enough to have been born and raised in the beautiful town of Mudgee, NSW. Our parents Denis and Helen Woods established their real estate office in Mudgee back in 1986 with the aim of providing the highest quality customer experience available. The boutique husband and wife operation has grown to a team of 11 trained professionals, and we’re still growing to meet customer demand.
As a 3rd generation Agent it’s fair to say that real estate was always in Adam’s blood, commencing his Real Estate career with the family company at the age of 17 in 1999. After spending time in the Property Management department moved into sales winning several top awards with the Richardson & Wrench franchise. Adam now runs the Sales Team at Professionals Mudgee which has a focus on providing the highest level of customer service through detailed systems and his team of specialist staff.
In 2006 Chandelle commenced working for the family business having spent time in the Beauty industry and running her own Shabby Chic styled fashion & homewares store. With Real Estate in her blood Chandelle started her career with Creer Real Estate in Newcastle before moving home to work in the area she loves.
Our business focus has been to create an environment where clients will feel comfortable and where the Professionals Sales team can excel in their specialised fields. Professionals Mudgee are committed to employing the best specialists for the job and live by the philosophy that client satisfaction is the only true measure of success.
The Sales Team at Professionals Mudgee operate in a format which is called an Effective Business Unit. The concept is relatively simple. There are numerous tasks to complete in any real estate sales transaction, some of which are administrative, some involve people and others require strategy and negotiation skills. This mix of skills is very rarely, if ever, found in one person. The EBU breaks roles down, and allows the best people to focus on the right tasks.
You can always get in touch with at least one member of the EBU. Even when one member is off sick or on leave you can be assured the rest of the team is there working hard for you and ready to field any queries you may have.
Working in a sales team is no different to a sporting team, each member has their strengths and with the EBU model staff can focus on their area of expertise. This means that they are not bogged down in areas they do not excel at. By appointing a single agent there is only so much time in the day and only so much work they can do.
Within most offices, single agents compete with each other, the EBU provides a team environment within which to work, a single team goal to get a great result for you. Obviously a team of 6 can handle more work than a single agent, our team makes sure every task no matter how big or small, gets completed on time. It’s the little things that make the experience smooth and enjoyable.
The model is exceptionally structured and process driven with nothing left to memory or chance. This provides an exceptional delivery of service, as each member is focused on their role with less conflicting objectives.
The Buyer Specialist of the EBU focuses on fielding enquiry, showing properties, negotiating with and nurturing buyers, meaning our database boasts more qualified buyers than anyone elses. Think about last time you were looking to buy and the service you received.
Regular meetings with all EBU members allow all team members to be ‘up to speed’ on all properties as well as provide you with a weekly written marketplace report.
