The Mudgee region is gearing up to play host to the 41st Mudgee Small Farm Field Days at AREC on Friday, 13 and Saturday, 14 July.
This premier field day event is a great place to learn new skills and see the latest in agricultural trends and technology.
Around 20,000 locals and visitors are expected to head along to this year’s event, which provides a massive boost to the local economy. There are opportunities for business and learning, plus there are plenty of fun things to see and do making it a great family day out as well. The event has something for everyone!
While originally it was created to cater for those with a small farm (hence the name), there is now something for all visitors whether they want to learn about backyard gardening or just want to explore the many lifestyle and recreational displays.
A few field days highlights from previous years have included fashion parades, wine and cheese tastings, toy making demonstrations, animal displays, gardening talks and more.
Small Farm Field Days is one of Mudgee’s biggest events, connecting people from all over the region.
