Mudgee artists will again get the chance to showcase their creative talents at the return of the popular Sculptures in the Garden event at Rosby Vineyard gardens.
Now in its 8th year, this not for profit outdoor exhibition gives local, regional and interstate artists an avenue to showcase their works in beautiful rural surroundings, where an estimated 3,000 visitors are expected to visit.
The event takes place over two days – October 6 and 7, 2018 – giving visitors plenty of time to take in the many sculptures on display.
There is expected to be more than 200 sculptures and outdoor artworks on display, by well-known local and NSW artists.
Mudgee artists are strongly encouraged to submit their works for the event as it is a great opportunity to gain exposure and there is a high chance that the artworks will sell, with 50% of artworks selling last year.
There are some great prizes up for grabs for participating artists, but it’s also worth getting involved to help out a very worthy cause.
The exhibition helps raise funds for the local branch of Guide Dogs NSW/ACT and it also contributes funds to acquire works for the Mudgee region’s public sculpture collection at Lawson Park.

Entries are open until Friday 7th September, 2018.
