Crowds will be flocking to Rylstone this weekend to celebrate the 80th annual Rylstone Kandos Show.
The show has been a mainstay on the Rylstone calendar since 1937, showcasing some of the region’s best agricultural produce and skills, animal husbandry, cooking, crafts, artistry and so much more.
Held at the one of the one of the prettiest showgrounds in New South Wales, the Rylstone Showground, the show has gotten bigger and better with each passing year and has become known as an event that brings the local community together.
Everybody’s show favourites will be back this year, including livestock, horses, utes, sculptures, trade stands, food and drinks and all of the sideshows and rides.
This year the horse section has a revamped program, and together with a recently changed sheep section, it is expected to make for an improved event.
The night program has also changed this year, providing non-stop entertainment on the main ground from 4.30pm until the fireworks light up the night sky at around 9pm.
There will be something for everyone at this year’s Rylstone Kandos Show – so give the show a go!
