An online survey on the Mid-Western Council website is currently open allowing 12- to 25-year-olds a chance to have their say on youth services in the region.
The survey contains 24 questions asking young people their thoughts about youth issues and what they think could be done to improve local youth services.
The council is looking to find out what is important to our local youth, how they spend their time and what they would like to be able to do across the region.
The survey has questions about whether local youth are employed or studying and what groups or activities they are a part of. There are also questions about what issues need to be addressed in the region.
Completed surveys will be used by council, and partner organisations, to shape better youth services and facilities.
Every opinion counts so make sure you let others know that the survey is available. If you want to provide your voice then be quick! The survey will be available until 29 March 2018.
The survey can be found at the following link – http://www.midwestern.nsw.gov.au/community–recreation/youth/youth-survey/.
Paper copies of the survey are also available from Mudgee, Kandos, and Gulgong libraries.
