Love cars and want to help raise money for a fantastic local cause?
On Saturday, March 17, the annual Can Cruise fundraiser will be setting off for the tenth time to help raise fund to support people in the local community affected by cancer.
The car and motorbike rally is organised by Cudgegong Cruisers Inc. in conjunction with volunteers from Can Assist – Mudgee & Districts Branch.
The year’s event will kick off from 8am at the Mudgee Showground with breakfast and registration until 10am at the Cudgegong Cruisers club house.
The cruise will travel through the Mudgee CBD around 10.30am and continue on a road cruise through the Mudgee region and on to Dunedoo for a long picnic lunch with live entertainment along with fun activities for everyone.
The drive back will take in the surrounding areas of Dunedoo and Goolma before returning to Mudgee in the afternoon.
The day will conclude at Club Mudgee, where there’ll be a charity auction at 6.30pm and more entertainment.
All types of vehicles are encouraged to join in – Hot Rods, Utes, Vans, Classics, Customs, Vintage, Veteran, Euro, Asian, British, Exotic, Bikes – as long as the vehicle is registered.
Entry fee is $40 per person or $80 per person (two adults and up to four children under the age of 16).
All money raised from the event goes to Can Assist – Mudgee and Districts Branch and helps those in the region battling cancer.
