THIS WEEKEND – Mudgee Grassroots Rugby Festival

Are you rugby mad? You’ve probably already heard that from today, Glen Willow Sports Complex will be a hive of activity with young rugby players and enthusiasts taking part in exhibition matches, coaching clinics and more.

If you’re looking for something to do over the weekend, then you should pop over to Glen Willow to check out some of the fun that’ll be going on. The three day rugby festival is open to everyone and is bound to be a lot of fun for those participating and spectating alike.

Hosted by the Mudgee Rugby Union Club, the festival includes games ranging from under 7’s to the golden oldies as well as coaching clinics held by current coach of the Australian Wallabies team Robbie Deans and a feature game between the Australian Barbarians and the Australian Police XV.

It would be great to see a large crowd at the new Glen Willow Sporting Complex supporting the Grassroots Rugby Festival this weekend! If we get a chance between open homes we’ll drop in and see some of the action for ourselves.
