Mudgee’s Unique Sculpting Prowess on Show

Coming up this weekend (15th and 16th of October 2011), is “Sculptures in the Garden”, a showcase of garden sculptures and demonstrations by local artists, presented by the Mudgee Guide Dogs Support Group.
If you have a passion for art, garden sculptures, or just interested in seeing something a little different, then you need to be at Kay and Gerald Norton-Knight’s garden “Rosby”, Strikes Lane, Eurunderee, Mudgee from 10am on either Saturday 15th or Sunday 16th of October.
Sculptures have been crafted by a number of well known artists and are for sale at the event, with a percentage of the proceeds going to the Mudgee Guide Dogs Support Group. There’ll also be produce and plant stalls if you fancy taking home something a little smaller.
The cost of entry is $5 for adults, children are free. Don’t forget to get in early for the garden design and sculpture presentations at 11am, 1pm and 2:30pm Saturday, and 10am, 11am and 1pm Sunday.
Here’s a map to “Rosby”. If you have any enquiries, please contact the Mudgee Guide Dogs Support Group on 6373 6334.
